Project Description

• Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 Educational Agency is receiving TA support for capacity development in best practices of implementation science to support continuous improvement processes and evidence-based practices. Lancaster-Lebanon supports Pennsylvania’s federally identified (CSI/TSI) educational agencies. The team at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 is looking to improve implementation efforts through monitoring district plans.

Project Impact

• Improved understanding of effective implementation to support systems change to develop a sustained system for CSI

• Capacity building of statewide team in providing comprehensive technical assistance to districts and schools

• Teaming structure enhanced across statewide team and with regional school facilitators to align and coordinate support
