Project Description

  • This project supports a cadre of New York Schools districts (Buffalo, Rochester, and Yonkers) to improve school and district systems for high-quality teaching and implementation planning capacity of district professional learning staff 

Project Impact

  • Strengthened PL Systems in School Districts: Support school districts in strengthening their professional learning systems (training and coaching) by using data driven decision making.  
  • Improved Implementation Capacity : Create capacity within each district to identify and address common implementation challenges.
  • Focus on Sustainability: Foster a continuous cross-district network to address implementation barriers and support mutual solutions, ensuring high-quality instructional practices and long-term educational improvements.
