The NIRN Implementation Team Training Program is designed to support teams in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement evidence-based practices in early childhood and K-12 education. Through a series of levels, participants will engage in reflective activities, apply frameworks, and create action plans to enhance their implementation efforts. This program equips teams with the tools and strategies necessary to assess their current practices, enhance their implementation processes, and drive meaningful, sustainable change within their organizations.
