The purpose of this study is to develop a compilation of technical assistance strategies that support the use of research evidence in child welfare settings and systems. The study will assess under what conditions specific technical assistance strategies facilitated evidence use and will also distinguish strategies that include stakeholder involvement, which may improve the use of contextualized and relevant evidence in practice.
