NIRN is providing support to the San Diego County Office of Education (COE) for the capacity development of their county office staff in best practices of implementation science, in order to support implementation of improvement strategies within their differentiated system of support for local education agencies (LEAs). To support development of internal implementation capacity, NIRN is providing a hybrid model of onsite and virtual training, coaching, and consultation supports for an implementation team comprised of San Diego COE staff.
