NIRN supports the Integrated Care for Kids Model in five North Carolina counties (Alamance, Durham, Granville, Orange and Vance) by leading development of the Service Integration Coordinator model. Service Integration Coordinators will facilitate shared action plans for high risk children. In addition to supporting development of the model, NIRN provides intensive technical assistance for implementation.
