NIRN supported CCNC during the 2018 calendar year to develop a flexible provider services model focused on value-based payment models across multiple insurance products and an assessment of the needed infrastructure to ensure CCNC provider services adequately support providers in a value-based environment, equipping providers to achieve maximum reimbursement. The goal of this support was to enable CCNC to implement a Provider Services Operating Model with the alliance networks.
