A Collaborative Partnership with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) to Engage in Capacity Development for Training, Application, and Use of the Observation Tool for Instructional Supports and Systems (OTISS)

The collaborative partnership between NIRN and CMS focuses on developing a team of leaders and coaches’ capacity to collect and use an instructional fidelity observation tool, the Observation Tool for Instructional Supports and Systems (OTISS), to identify and align supports needed to achieve academic success for every student in every school.
