Using pragmatic investigative approaches, our researchers create new knowledge and actionable yet rigorous evidence to advance and improve implementation.
Our implementation specialists empower practitioners, organizations, and communities to build their implementation capacity through training and coaching.

Implementation Team Training Program
The NIRN Implementation Team Training Program is designed to support teams in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement evidencebased practices in early childhood and K-12 education. Through a series of levels, participants will engage in reflective activities, apply frameworks, and create action plans to enhance their implementation efforts. This program equips teams with the tools and strategies necessary to assess their current practices, enhance their implementation processes, and drive meaningful, sustainable change within their organizations.
