The Permanency Innovations Initiative (PII) is a multi-site federal project focused on developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative intervention strategies to reduce long-term foster care stays. NIRN is part of a collaboration supporting grantees in using implementation science and best practices to launch and sustain innovative, evidence-informed strategies and programs.
