Project Highlight: Building Implementation Capacity in North Carolina

NIRN is working with the North Carolina Early Childhood Advisory Council to develop implementation capacity for early learning in the state. The Early Learning Challenge Transformation Zone is comprised of four counties in eastern North Carolina. The project is focused on supporting the full and effective use of evidence-based practices and evidence-informed innovations to benefit young children and families. Ultimately the project will inform statewide scale-up of the practices and innovations.
