The Glenrose Rehabilitative Hospital (Edmonton, AB, Canada) site Implementation Team shares some early stage-based work of how they applied the NIRN Active Implementation frameworks to ensure high fidelity and sustainable use of Evidence-Based Practices to prevent and treat secondary complications patients with Spinal Cord Injuries experience.
This poster was presented at the Rick Hansen Interdependence Global Spinal Cord Injury Conference in Vancouver, BC. This work was part of the Spinal Cord Injury Knowledge Mobilization Network (SCI KMN) Best Practices Implementation Project. Other presentations related to Implementation Science and the NIRN frameworks included a Podium Briefing, an invited panel and a total of three posters. There was a lot of enthusiasm at the conference for the phenomenal work each of the six sites are engaged in.
