Portfolio Updates: SISEP Receives New Funding to Build States' Implementation Capacity

The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has awarded the State Implementation and Scaling-up of Evidence-based Practices (SISEP) Center a new 5-year, $5.5 million grant. SISEP work involves supporting education systems in the creation of implementation capacity for evidence-based practices benefiting students, especially those with disabilities. The SISEP Center provides states and districts with intensive supports for establishing an effective and affordable infrastructure for implementation of education innovations, including tools and resources for planning, monitoring, and outcome assessment.
